How to restore the factory default settings?

This operation will delete the data between earphones bluetooth wireless and your devices. When the earbuds had been connected with multiple devices, you don't know which one is the last device, you can reconnect with reset function.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case (Must in the charging status)

2. Holding the multi-function button on each earbud for 8 seconds

3. Until the white light of earbuds flash, then the red light of earbuds go on for 1 second (If reset function fails, please make sure the ear buds wireless bluetooth earbuds in the charging status when you operate.)

Only one earbud plays music or can' t use the two earbuds simultaneously, what should I do?

Please check the status of pairing as below:

Unpair Mode: Two white indicator of earbuds turns on and flashes continuously.

Pairing Mode: One white indicator of earbuds flashes and the other is off.

1. Please put the earbuds back into the case. Toggle off the Bluetooth of your devices or delete T59 on the Bluetooth list on all connected devices.

2. Take the earbuds out, simultaneously double-click the button on each earbud. Put the earbuds back into the case.

3. After finishing the two steps above, toggle on the Bluetooth on your phone and take the earbuds out. Connect them again.

When pairing, two white indicator turns on and flashes continuously, one white indicator flashes and the other is off after the pairing is finished.

How long does the battery last?

Single bluetooth wireless earbud can provide up to 8 hours of listening time. The case holds around five additional charges for a combined total of 80 hours with the charging case.

I have been using these earbuds for a couple weeks now. These are very comfortable for work and I can wear them for multiple hours without any ear pain. I have been using them for conference calls and have not experienced any problems. I have old earbuds that would randomly disconnect from my computer while I was on calls. I have not had any issues with these doing that and people on the call can hear me clearly. They are also comfortable for working out and stay nicely in place. I would recommend giving these a try. I’ll give an update on their longevity in a couple months.

These headphones are absolutely amazing! The noise cancellation quality is great! I push a stroller down a busy main street and can’t hear the cars as they zoom past me. Let me start this off by saying, they are surprisingly lightweight. At one point I had genuinely forgot I was wearing them and almost hopped in the shower with them in. So long listening sessions are fine with them, and the battery will hold up for a good bit (although all batteries are dependent on how loud you listen too). The sound quality is pretty good for the price as well. The only problem I kinda have with it, is that I wish the case size was a bit smaller or slimmer to be more pocketable. But it makes up for it with it having wireless charging, and is understandable due to the shape of the earbuds. But overall, I would definitely recommend these if you just want a pair to take to the gym or on a run or something.

I'd been using the Veatool IPx7 earpods for about a year and a half and had been happy with their sound and connectivity. And they are comfortable to wear.On top of that, the case is nice. Besides holding a huge number of charges for these earbuds, the internal indicator lights are great. I love that it shows the charging level for each earbud.Anyway, so far, so good with these earbuds. They sound great and stay on my ears. I can't ask for anything more from a set of earbuds.
